Bulgaria‘s mountain resorts Pamporovo and Borovets have announced prices for the 2021/22 ski season.
In Pamporovo the price for the all-year-round ticket is 1480 leva, a preferential price if the ski pass is bought before December 10th. Last year this pass cost 1025 leva.
A season ticket for young people and people over 65 was increased by 50 percent to 1,184 leva and for children by 60 percent to 888 leva.
On weekdays – Monday to Friday – there is a season ticket at a price of 1,036 leva for adults, 622 leva for children and 829 leva for young people and over 65s.
In Borovets, a seasonal ski pass, including night skiing, costs 1,500 leva for adults and 1,000 leva for people between seven and 22 years of age.
A season ticket from Monday to Friday costs 1000 Leva for adults and 600 Leva for the age group 7 to 22 years.
A return ticket with the Yastrebets gondola / Sitnyakovo Express quad chair costs 25 leva for adults and 15 leva for people between the ages of seven and 13, while children under seven travel for free.

The rise in ski pass prices is related to the sharp rise in electricity prices for companies.
