Bulgarian American Credit Bank: Registrations in the Commercial Register of changes in BACB Board membership and in the way the bank is represented

On December 29, 2021, the following circumstances were registered in the Commercial Register at the Bulgarian Registration Agency under the charge of the Bulgarian-American Credit Bank:

  1. Dismissal of Mr. Vassil Stefanov Simov from his position as a member of the Board of Directors and Executive Director of BACB

  2. Changes in the way BACB is displayed

As of December 2021, the BACB Board of Directors will consist of four members:

  1. Mr. Ilian Petrov Georgiev, Chief Executive Officer

  2. Mr. Alexander Dimitrov Dimitrov, Executive Director

  3. Ms. Loreta Ivanova Grigorova, Managing Director

  4. Ms. Silvia Kirilova Kirilova, board member

From December 29, 2021, the BACB will be represented as follows: The Bulgarian-American Credit Bank will always be represented jointly by two of the CEOs and the CEOs: Mr. Ilian Petrov Georgiev, CEO, Mr. Alexander Dimitrov Dimitrov, Executive Director and Ms. Loreta Ivanova Grigorova, Executive Director . In accordance with the above resolution and in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Credit Institutions Act and the Commercial Act, the Bulgarian-American Credit Bank submitted an application to the Bulgarian Commercial Register on December 20, 2021 for the entry of the respective changes in the composition of the BACB Board of Directors and the legal representatives of BACB.

After registering the above circumstances and changes in the composition of the BACB Management Board and the legal representatives of BACB, the Bank will inform the public and the Financial Supervision Commission accordingly.
